Production

Furniture production begins with the division of dry materials into modules, as well as with their processing. After processing, it acquires the required dimensions. Furniture boards, wood-based boards, glued, bent and pressed boards are processed in the same way.
After the details acquire the required shape and fit in size, finishing work is carried out - the desired relief is cut into tiles using a cutter, and all the details are covered with paints and varnishes.
When each detail is ready, the elements are grouped and assembled into pieces of furniture in a certain sequence. In large factories, furniture assembly is automated - special assembly lines are used for this.
After installation, furniture fittings are installed on the product, with the help of which the doors are suspended, and a frame is created. Make holes for the screws and mounting brackets on the back of the product. Then, the furniture doors must be adjusted using the mounting brackets.
